Mr. Losanno has more than 25 years of experience spanning portfolio management, equity research, valuation, private capital investing, and fiduciary advisory services. He oversees more than $38 million in discretionary assets under management, delivering institutional-quality investment management through a highly personalized, transparent, and client-focused approach grounded in disciplined research, risk management, tax-aware portfolio construction, and fiduciary stewardship.
Mr. Losanno is recognized for constructing and managing customized investment portfolios from the ground up, combining fundamental analysis, security selection, and asset allocation with advanced analytical tools to deliver consistent risk-adjusted performance relative to relevant benchmarks. Under his leadership, he further differentiated the firm by integrating investment management with tax strategy, expanding in-house tax services from 15% to 85% of clients and significantly improving after-tax outcomes and overall portfolio efficiency.
He serves as a fiduciary for a range of client relationships including high-net-worth individuals, trusts, retirement plans, and private capital accounts. His responsibilities include oversight of a $3.1 million 401(k) plan with sustained risk-adjusted outperformance and management of a $3.0 million disabled beneficiary trust, where he has delivered benchmark-aligned performance while ensuring consistent, needs-based distributions. Mr. Losanno is known for combining technical precision with strong client relationships, resulting in high retention and steady asset growth.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Losanno spent more than 15 years at Rosebud Capital, where he led venture investing, structured equity and debt financings, and advised operating companies through growth and turnaround phases. He deployed more than $2 million in capital across emerging businesses, executed multi-stage financing transactions, and led operational restructurings that improved performance and enterprise value across multiple portfolio companies.
He holds an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, summa cum laude, from Bentley University. Mr. Losanno is a CFA charterholder, a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and a Personal Financial Specialist (PFS), complemented by executive education certificates from The Wharton School and the Columbia University Graduate School of Business. He is an active member of the CFA Institute, the CFA Society Boston, the AICPA, and the Massachusetts Society of CPAs.
